SERVICE AGREEMENT

Services provided
This is a partnership process designed to help the client achieve goals they define for themselves.
Offering general divorce coaching.
One single session @ $125.00 for 50 mins or package of 5 50 minutes sessions for $500.
Prepaid sessions are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Mutual responsibility
Coach agrees to give the client full attention during every session.
Client must always be on time, focus on goals, action oriented and follow through.

Payment policy
Payment is required before any sessions can take place.

Meetings and scheduling
Each session is 50 mins.
A session can be on zoom, facetime or a phone call.
Session should be no less than once a month.

Termination
Client can terminate services at any time but please note there are no refunds.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled with a 24 hour notice with no charge, any less than 24 hours client will be charged for one session.
A no show fee for one session will be charged.

Confidentiality
Sessions are to be between coach and client only (no children in the room while the session is taking place).
Sessions will not be recorded.
Client must not be driving while in session.

Privacy and safety
All sessions are confidential between coach and client, (except for anything required to be reported by law).
Sessions are not covered by attorney- client privilege.

Role of the coach.
Please take note that I am not a therapist or mental health professional, attorney or a CPA.
Client is responsible for their own mental health and financial/tax matters and agrees to consult with an attorney for advice regarding legal matters through the process.
